Information about delivery times

The table below shows the delivery times for shipping to other countries, which you have to add to the delivery time specified for the respective article.

If you order several items from us in the context of an order, for which different delivery times apply, we will dispatch the goods in several partial shipments depending on availability, for which the delivery times specified for the respective item apply. There are no additional shipping costs.

Information on the calculation of the delivery date

The deadline for delivery begins when payment is made in advance on the day after the payment order has been placed with the transferring bank or, for other payment methods, on the day after the contract has been concluded and ends on the last day of the deadline. If the last day of the period falls on a Sunday or a public holiday recognized by the state at the place of delivery, the next working day will take the place of such a day.

Shipping information

Free shipping within Germany from € 60 for DHL and DPD parcels, except for shipping with DHL parcel bulky goods and shipping pallet. Some items are oversized and can only be shipped with DHL Paket bulky goods or via a forwarding agency. Such articles are marked accordingly.

We ship stock items:

• After conclusion of contract when paying with PayPal Checkout
• After payment of the payment amount at Barzahlen.de
• After the value of the payment amount has been transferred to our account when paying in advance / bank transfer
• We point out any deviating delivery times on the respective product page.

• The dispatch takes place with DPD, DHL / Deutsche Post.

• We ship in neutral boxes.
• An invoice with VAT is included in the package.

After sending the goods, we will send you a shipping confirmation email to the email address you provided. This contains the tracking ID for shipment tracking.

Please note that it can sometimes take several hours to a day before you can track the shipment.

All products must be returned in mint condition (never used with plants), with all papers, parts and accessories.
