With Plant Bends, you can align leaves or stems so that a plant receives as much light as possible. They provide flexible short and lateral truss supports for long thick stems and can be attached at an early stage of growth. Plant Bends are flexible so the stem doesn't have to be forced through the support, and they bend with the stem as it grows

What is low stress training?

Low Stress Training or LST is used by growers when either the goal is to maximize yields or to manipulate the shape of the plant in general. LST evolved from the centuries-old practice of cultivating and pruning plants. In this way, fig trees were trained to grow along walls as early as ancient Egypt. Other methods are found throughout the history of horticulture. Especially in grass breeding, low stress training is mostly used when indoor growing is done.

In terms of methodology, LST is similar to cultivating small bonsai trees, where the shape of the plant is subjected to the will of the gardener. It is bent and manipulated to achieve various goals:

The height of the plant is controlled
The shape and size of the plant is controlled
The fall of light is controlled

LST allows growers to get maximum performance from limited space and light resources.
