Makametal's Jack Puck Press are industrial pollen presses made from stainless steel that can compact plant extracts in a puck or brick. These presses are available in different sizes with different molds. They are considered by most to be the industry standard for pollen presses.

These presses take plant extracts and compress them into a paste or brick. It does this by removing any excess water that leaves you with the essence of the plant. These presses are compact but offer extremely high pressing power for your extraction needs.

How to remove air from the Jack Puck hydraulic system

1. Make sure the release valve is closed.
2.Turn the release valve counterclockwise one full turn to open it.
3. Pump the handle quickly for eight full strokes.
4. Turn the release valve clockwise to close the valve.
5. Pump the grip until the saddle reaches the maximum height to expel air trapped in the arm.
6. Turn the release valve counterclockwise one full turn and lower the saddle to the lowest position. Apply proper force when needed.
7. Turn the released valve clockwise to the closed position and check if the pump is working properly. It may be necessary to repeat the above steps several times to ensure all air is removed.
